Overview of Customer Service role we just hired for: 6 month temp contract with opportunity to transition to perm Mon-Fri 8.30-5pm onsite in a modern and bright office (consistent full time hours each week) 4-6 week training programme to get you set up in the role! Mix of outbound and inbound calls  Sell new products or services based on customer's needs, retention and upselling Supportive and bubbly team environment What You Need:  AU or NZ Citizenship or Permanent Residency as this role may transition to permanent after Minimum of 1 year recent experience handling complex inbound calls (healthcare industry is a bonus) Confidence in working with numbers and maths Full-time availability across Mon- Fri  Happy to work onsite in the Geelong office  Can do attitude and resilience Exceptional communication skills both verbally and written Double Vaccination is requirement of this employer  What Next?
