Phone Screen candidates through advertisement platforms and management of the talent Pools The Recruitment Process, which consists of advertising, screening, interviews, references and offers of Store vacancies by Lovisa standards Report on Part Time, Assistant Store Manager and Manager vacancies for Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia and Singapore stores Overlook the recruitment process of all store vacancies within the Lovisa brand with coordinators by Lovisa standards Overlook the onboarding of all store new starters within the Lovisa brand with coordinators Maintaining all relevant job boards and channels for Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia and Singapore Build networks to assist in building talent pool and brand awareness for Lovisa stores internally and externally Control recruitment costs in all channels used by recruitment team Report to all relevant stakeholders regarding all recruitment statistics at the relevant timeframes Reviewal on recruitment processes to ensure we are always evolving and working to meet the needs of the business.
The roles skills and requirements : Minimum of 3 years Recruitment experience either from in-house retail recruitment or agency.
