Snakes Downunder Reptile Park and Zoo is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Trainee Retail Assistant!
What You'll Do: Provide exceptional customer service in our gift shop & ticket sales. Assist guests with purchases, offering recommendations on our wide range of wildlife-themed products & Wildlife experiences. Help maintain a welcoming and organised retail environment. Be part of an exciting team dedicated to educating and inspiring our visitors about reptiles and wildlife. What We're Looking For: A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine love for working with the public. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
