This position reports into the Store Manager and is based at our Begents Store in Ulverstone.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve set KPI'sCustomer sales negotiation based on the BETTA Academy techniquesFollow up on customer ordersOffer technical advice to customersAssist with customer collections from storeEnsure that appliances, furniture and bedding are displayed in the most effective way for customersMonitor stock levels and labelling and initiate ordering if requiredImplement sales and promotional programsEnsure security of all stock and the storeFollow up incomplete sales reportSupport and follow the store OH&S standards and emergency proceduresSkills RequiredRetail experience, preferable in electrical and/or furnitureRecord of achieving or excelling of budgets and targetsFace-to-face sales skillsIf this sounds like your next career change, please submit your resume.
