We're looking for a Retail Sales & Service Manager to join our growing team to help us serve the needs of our 35,000 customers and counting.

In this role you will lead our statewide retail banking sales and service team (retail stores and call channel) to delight our customers with the delivery of superior sales and service, which seamlessly meets their complete financial needs, positioning us as the Bank of choice for all Tasmanians.
We are looking for someone who Lives it, Loves it and Owns it in-line with our organisational values and behaviours.
You'll have the ability to develop, coach and lead our retail banking sales and service team, partnered with your sound knowledge in all aspects of retail banking sales including retail stores and call channel and the ability to build strong mutually beneficial relationships at all levels across the organisation and externally.
Remuneration will be negotiated with the preferred candidate commensurate with qualifications, skills and experience.
