Retail Sales Executive

The key focus of this role is to identify, lead, and increase additional pop-up and sundry income opportunities, drive sales, and deliver outstanding asset returns.
Ensure only the highest presentation standards are maintained, delivering exceptional initiatives and rewarding experiences to all stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include: Proactively grow revenue-based opportunities and source new business.
Develop portfolio opportunities and relationships with clients.
Provide accurate and timely financial reporting.
Work collaboratively with managers.
Ownership and management of administration processes.

The Ideal Candidate: Experience in sales or centre leasing.
Well-rounded negotiation skills and a genuine passion for the industry.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
