About the role Your mission? To become a master at understanding our customers and their unique preferences, guiding them through our extensive array of choices with ease. We pride ourselves on delivering an omnichannel retail experience that caters to our customers' diverse needs.
As a Retail Sales Assistant, you'll be the architect of an environment where every detail contributes to a memorable experience.
Your role goes beyond the transaction—we're looking for individuals who can provide tailored advice and recommendations in person, over the phone, or via email. We believe in remembering our customers' favourites, ensuring that each visit feels like a personalised journey.
As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will:
Deliver exceptional customer service experiences that are genuine and full of warmth.Discover customer preferences and needs to assist them with product selection.Maintain high levels of store visual presentation and cleanliness standards.Label and tag products with attention to detail.Demonstrate a high level of care when handling product.Ensure stock inventory accuracy, conducting investigations and the reporting of errors.Support stock management efforts by executing the efficient and accurate handling of stock delivery and pack-ups.Support the fulfilment and dispatch of omnichannel customer orders including customer enquiries and liaising with our delivery partners.Operate our POS system including cash handling.Constantly advance your own product knowledge by attending Blackheart's training and tastings.Adhere to WHS standards and contribute to a safe and healthy workplace environment.What are we looking for in the ideal candidate?
