They now have a rare opportunity for an experienced Retail Property Manager to join their team of high performers, looking after their property portfolio.THE ROLEAs Retail Property Manager, your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: Managing a quality portfolio of Shopping Centres and Commercial Assets Attending regular property inspections and reporting Managing repairs and maintenance Financial management of rents, leases, and outgoings including arrears Insurance and Essential Safety Measures management and coordination Liaison with tenants, maintaining excellent relationships THE IDEAL CANDIDATETo be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role. You will be highly motivated with a results-driven mindset.
