As a Property Manager, you will oversee daily operations, tenant relations, and financial performance of the portfolio. Supporting the property management team is the facilities team who will coordinate the administrative component and triage initial inquiries from tenants and contractors alike.About the Role:Take primary responsibility and accountability for the overall performance of the property management and facilities management operations.Administration of all leases to ensure compliance by the owner and the tenants and serve notices where required as first approved by the owner.Ensure a working knowledge and uphold the company's policies and procedures and ensure they conform to the owner's objectives and investment strategies.Keep abreast of building services and real estate market activities, developments, and trends to assess possible implications on tenancy, financial, and physical aspects of client's properties.At all times maintain communication with stakeholders to ensure immediate response to any emergency situation or urgent contact requirements.To be successful in the role, you will need to be extremely organized, eager to jump into a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Prior Yardi experience would be highly regarded.The role is suited to a facilities coordinator or residential property manager looking to take the next step in their career.
