What You'll Be Doing: Building Connections: Develop a great rapport with our diverse customers, from kids to grandparents.
Mastering the Essentials: Efficiently manage reception duties and general administrative tasks.
Spectacle Savvy: Learn the art of fitting and repairing spectacles and sunglasses, ensuring every pair is just right.
Frame Finesse: Assist customers in finding the perfect frames, sunglasses, and lenses to suit their style and needs.
Stock Star: Help with stock control, merchandising, and keeping our practice looking its best.
What We're Looking For: Customer Service Experience: A background in a team-based, customer service environment is essential.
Experience in a medical or allied health setting is a big plus!
Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for detail, can prioritise tasks, and solve problems with ease.
Fashion Forward: You've got a flair for fashion and personal presentation that inspires confidence in our customers.
