About the Role As the Retail Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of the retail division. Your key responsibilities include:
Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and develop your team through effective onboarding and continuous training.Customer Focus: Drive the customer loyalty program and ensure an exceptional in-store experience.Operational Excellence: Oversee stock management, merchandising, and roster management, ensuring the store runs efficiently.Recruitment and Development: Actively drive in-store recruitment and build a team that reflects our commitment to customer care.Positive Culture: Promote a harmonious workplace, resolving any team concerns and fostering a positive work environment.About You We are looking for a dynamic leader with:
Retail Management Experience: Proven experience in retail and people management, with a focus on team building.Strong Communication Skills: Ability to guide and motivate others, driving both personal and team success.Results-Driven: Experience with budgets, wages, and managing key performance indicators (KPIs).Compliance Ready: Current police check or willingness to obtain one.Bonus Points For: Previous experience in the pharmacy or healthcare sector.S2/S3 medications certificate (highly regarded).Ready to Make a Difference?
