The client is focused on providing Australians quality fuels at competitive prices whilst exceeding customers' expectations with exceptional service.
The client is looking for a highly motivated full-time Retail Manager who has a passion for retail, a love of customers, and a drive to deliver results to join the team in business.
You will be responsible for the complete management of the store with a focus on customer service, operational efficiency, cost control, and growth.
You will help drive the seamless execution and delivery of key business imperatives through our retail network.
The managerial and administrative aspects of your role will encompass determining product mix, stock levels and service standards, selling goods, maintaining records of stock, financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
Minimum RequirementsAQF associate degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in the relevant field and 3+ years' experience in a similar role.
Key ResponsibilitiesFormulate and implement purchasing and marketing policies, and set prices.Create and deliver daily plans and strategies to ensure budgets/targets are achieved.Daily management of stock to minimize out of stocks, stock loss, and maximize sales.Manage, support, and develop your team to drive performance.Execute & manage visual merchandising within the store.Manage and prepare budget reports, stock take, and ordering.Promote and advertise the establishment's goods and services.Deal with queries, complaints, and feedback from customers.Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales.Maintain awareness of market trends and monitor competitors.Maintain records of financial transactions.Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.Oversee all operational aspects of the store such as stock control & rosters.Skills And Personal AttributesA passion for providing exceptional customer service.Ability to lead and motivate the team to meet our high service standards.Proven ability to achieve sales, wages & stock loss targets.Demonstrated skills in stock management.A daily focus on 'drive the sales, lift the KPIs and customer centricity.How To ApplyTo apply for this position, please email your resume to .
