Restructuring Manager - Lead Group

At Lead Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Restructuring Manager to join our team in Perth.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex restructuring processes and a strong attention to detail.
They will be responsible for working closely with clients to develop and deliver restructuring and insolvency strategies, overseeing engagement teams, and managing multiple workstreams.
Key responsibilities include:
Analysing client performance and position, developing and delivering restructuring and insolvency strategies, and overseeing engagement teamsManaging day-to-day issues on formal restructuring engagements, including trade-on management, receipts, and payments, and assisting in stakeholder communicationPreparing reports, presentations, and written correspondence, and conducting financial analysis and preparing estimated outcome positions for legal restructuring mattersTo succeed in this role, you will need to have:
3-6 years of experience managing professional restructuring casesTertiary qualifications in an accounting or finance-related fieldCA qualified or equivalentStrong analytical and quantitative skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsWe offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional development.
