Restaurent Manager

We are looking to immediately fill a permanent full-time position for a Restaurant Manager in our busy restaurant.
Ensure customer satisfaction & experience Ensure the profitable and safe operation of the restaurant Work together with our kitchen staff to help create innovative menus that will work well within our restaurant Having consideration for our budgets/targets Being responsible for the purchase of required items Being responsible for the planning and smooth running of events and functions.
Carefully monitor our stock levels and maintain detailed records of stock movement Account for all financial transactions and reconcile figures daily Always ensure that health and safety.
