If you have a love for the industry and thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment, this role is for you!What You'll Do:Oversee Daily Operations: Lead and coordinate restaurant operations to ensure everything runs smoothly, from staff schedules to food quality.Lead & Inspire: Train, mentor, and develop a team of hospitality experts, ensuring top-notch service every day.Create Memorable Experiences: Deliver outstanding customer service, handling feedback with grace and creating moments that keep guests coming back!Handle Group Bookings: Liaise with clients to manage group bookings and special events, adding that extra touch of magic.What We're Looking For:Proven experience managing a restaurant, including rostering and stock management.A passion for great food and wine.A positive team player who contributes to a vibrant work culture.Someone with a dynamic attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive under pressure.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Bonus Points:Experience with Sevenrooms or similar systems (not essential).Familiarity with Deputy rostering software (not required, but helpful!).Perks of the Role:Work in a stunning location, with access via the 364 bus route.Flexible workdays, with availability required Wednesday through Sunday.Full-time position at one of South Warrandyte's most sought-after dining destinations.Requirements:Must hold a current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate.At least 2 years' experience in full-service restaurant management.Full Australian work rights and fluency in English.If you're ready to take charge and help us create unforgettable dining experiences, we'd love to hear from you!
