Qualifications & Experience: AQF Diploma in Hospitality Management plus (3) years of experience.
Task and Duties include (but not limited to) •            Deliver excellent customer service, maximize customer satisfaction, and handle online orders quickly.
•            Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
•            Assisting with reservations, greeting guests, and taking orders.
•            Ensure that the kitchen and restaurant are set up for service.
•            Weekly stock orders and inventory control within budget constraints •            Organize and supervise shifts.
•            Completing a customer feedback form and following up.
•            Managing cash and using an Eftpos terminal to accept payments.
•            Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
•            Examining the furnishings' and the decorations' physical state.
•            Communicates with the coordinator about maintenance issues and personal hygiene.
•            Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant.
•            Ensures the general upkeep of the stations and the maintenance of its accessory equipment during assigned shift.
•            Set up the weekly roster for the restaurant employees and created a staff schedule depending on the needs of the restaurant .
•            Generating daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
•            Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
•            Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations.
•            Providing input with Chefs to develop menus and monthly ideas.
•            Coordinating and managing special events and functions.
•            Engaging with customers to evaluate their satisfaction with meals and service.
•            Recruiting, training, and overseeing waiting and kitchen staff.
