Our client is a slick and quick serviced casual dining restaurant that has comfortable kept their head above water this year with thanks to an amazing online platform as well as a small yet effective casual dine in option.
We are looking to connect with Restaurant Managers, Cafe Managers and Venue Managers who are itching for a change of pace and want to develop their all round business management skill set - whether it be getting the guidance you need to know how to efficiently carry out performance management duties to analysing P&L reports and comfortably actioning change!
You will be leading a team of 30 and will be responsible for the continual development of a Kitchen Manager and two Assistant Managers. The operation and culture is close knit and will have it's family feel qualities you won't get with most other groups.

The candidate
Previous Management experience running a casual dining model is desirable - we encourage all Hospo Managers to apply!
