Previous experience in a Food & Beverage management role. A can-do attitude, with a strong desire to develop and grow both personally and professionally. An understanding of profit measures, the ability to manage costs and productivity, and the drive to exceed sales goals. Have a big picture approach while ensuring the daily deliverables are being met. A passion for recruiting, training and developing talented individuals who will be the future leaders within the business.
