As we continue to grow and maintain our reputation as one of theregion's premier Chinese restaurants, we're seeking passionate individuals tojoin our dedicated team.We're seeking an experienced and energeticRestaurant Manager to join our team at Dragon Inn Restaurant in Warrnambool.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth servicedeliveryManage and train front-of-house staffHandle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaintsMaintain inventory and order suppliesCreate staff schedules and manage rostersEnsure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulationsMonitor and maintain quality standardsProcess payroll and manage budgetsCoordinate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient serviceRequirements:Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experienceStrong leadership and communication skillsExperience with restaurant management softwareFood Safety Supervisor certificationProven track record in staff managementAvailable to work flexible hours including nights and weekendsStrong problem-solving abilitiesCook PositionWe're looking for a skilled Cook to prepareauthentic dishes in our busy kitchen.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant standardsMaintain a clean and organised kitchenFollow food safety and hygiene proceduresManage food inventory and storageWork efficiently during peak service timesAssist with menu planning and specialsMonitor food quality and presentationRequirements:Minimum 2 years experience as a cook in a busy restaurantCertificate III in Commercial Cookery (preferred)Familiar with Asian cuisine cookeryStrong knowledge of food safety and handlingAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentPhysical stamina and ability to stand for long periodsAvailable to work weekends and eveningsTeam player with positive attitudeAbout Us: Dragon Inn Restaurant has beenserving authentic Chinese cuisine to the Warrnambool community for over 15years.
