To Be Successful:
To be successful in this role, you must have the following:
Management experience, interest, skill and success in the restaurant industry
Experience in Fine Dining is a MUST
Advanced leadership approach and technique
Current RSA
Effective planning and time management skills
Excellent personal hygiene and presentation
Passionate about customer service and delivering unforgettable experiences
Knowledge of Industrial Legislation
Offer:
Full Time positions with salaries (Up to $75k + Super for Assistant Restaurant Manager and Up to $100k + Super for Restaurant Manager)is on offer for the successful candidates and an opportunity to further their career in one of Sydney's finest establishments.
