To be a successful candidate for the role,

You will have at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role, you’re a hospitality expert, have a passion for training, leading & mentoring our teams.
Manage restaurant operations
Experience in achieving Sales targets and cost budgets
Working product knowledge of all food and beverage and the ability to impart knowledge to staff
Consistently review operations and staff to identify any problems, concerns and opportunities for improvement
Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of service and ensure all staff engage guests to understand their needs and exceed expectations
Assist in new menu promotions and marketing drives
Conduct staff training sessions and daily briefings
