Employment Term: Permanent full time Location: Bundaberg Riverlea Residential Aged Care Facility Remuneration: Attractive annual salary + 11.5% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging of up to $15,900 (increases your take home pay) $5,000 Retention Bonus: Paid at 12 months of continuous employment Rental & Relocation assistance: up to $12,500 (paid via reimbursement of actual costs incurred) Your part in our BlueCare team
In the role of our Residential Services Manager , you will work with your front line team to provide outstanding care to our residents , promoting a culture of values-based, person-centered care .
You will ensure strong financial sustainability by driving community engagement to support occupancy whilst overseeing property maintenance, hospitality, and lifestyle programs.
Working closely with your senior clinicians, you will lead a team of nurses, personal carers, and support staff, ensuring their ongoing performance by providing coaching and direction to enable their success.

Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in high level service delivery and quality Demonstrate financial capability to effectively manage and be accountable for an operational budget Knowledge of continuous quality improvement practices and proven experience in innovative thinking and/or ability to deliver innovative outcomes Experience coordinating care provision within a large team Confidence to manage conflict, pressures, and competing priorities Ability to provide leadership, support, and mentorship to other team members Bachelor of Nursing, or equivalent qualification Current AHPRA registration Demonstrated experience and knowledge in Aged Care Funding Start making a difference today
