What this job involves: We've got an opportunity for a Residential Property Manager to join our team across a residential portfolio in Kangaroo Point.
In the role, you will be responsible for all facets of the day-to-day property management.
A snapshot of the role:
End-to-end property management, including dispute resolution, insurance claims, and QCAT submissions and hearings with the assistance of Virtual Assistants.Ensure accurate preparation of all documentation relating to residential tenancy in line with legislation.Manage ingoing and outgoing tenancies, including completing entry and exit condition reports, finalising tenancies/handovers.Coordinate maintenance and repairs to maintain property standards.Rent arrears management.Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with local regulations.Oversee marketing of vacant tenancies and coordinating leasing inspections.Communicate regularly with clients and key stakeholders on property-related matters.Tenant liaison – handling queries, complaints, and needs of tenants.
