We require an experienced Residential Property Manager to join our team.

Dedicated Department Manager/Licensee (also on the REIWA Property Management Network Committee). THE ROLE We are seeking a highly motivated individual who has a keen interest and understanding of property management. Working alongside a dedicated property management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day property management of your own portfolio including:
Liaising with owners, tenants, and contractors. Rent/invoice arrears & maintenance management. End of month payment preparation (Trust Accountant will process payments). Rent reviews and lease renewals. Management authority renewals. Processing of insurance claims & court attendance when required. Bond finalisations including final bond inspections. You will confidently manage the portfolio whilst providing our clients with the very best customer service.
The portfolio is well looked after, and the successful candidate can expect a very smooth handover with the current PM, who is staying on with the company and branching out to start a new career in our Finance Broking department.

Essential requirements are:
A genuine passion for property management. Driver's license and reliable vehicle. Current property management registration. Dedication to client service. Comfortable working in a structured environment where procedures, compliance and accountability are paramount. A proven ability to commit and stay focused no matter what.
