Job DescriptionColliers Residential is the leader in Australia for the sales and marketing of new residential properties. Over 130 residential experts nationally assist our clients and customers to navigate complex property decisions and transactions. Colliers are offering an exciting opportunity for a Project Marketing Manager to join our NSW Residential team.
Joining us means working alongside a dynamic team of Directors, sales professionals, and industry leaders. You'll engage directly with top-tier developers, visionary architects, and expert marketers who share a passion for property. From concept to completion, you will leverage your expertise in marketing and sales, collaborating with our specialists to drive exceptional outcomes and accelerate success.
This is a hands-on role where you will take charge of project management and marketing for a diverse portfolio of residential off-the-plan developments. Responsibilities include:
Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate and collaborate with developers, architects, creative agencies, media agencies, solicitors, and other key partners.Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies tailored to each project.Event Support: Assist with high-profile project launches, client engagements, and promotional events to drive project success.Global Reach: Oversee local and offshore promotions, including exhibitions, to enhance project exposure.Budget Oversight: Manage and monitor project marketing budgets effectively.Performance Analytics: Analyse project performance and generate insightful reports as needed.Innovative Solutions: Propose creative marketing initiatives and recommendations to maximise project visibility.Brand Stewardship: Maintain and enhance positive brand perception across all touchpoints.QualificationsExperience: At least 3+ years in off-the-plan project marketing or a related role within the real estate/property industry, ideally with agency-side experience.Client Management: Strong client servicing skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.Leadership Mindset: A passion for marketing, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.Proven Success: Demonstrated experience in managing and executing successful, high-impact marketing campaigns.Strategic Skills: Solution-focused, with exceptional time management, coordination, and organisational abilities.Market Knowledge: Understanding of the Sydney residential market and the key factors influencing off-the-plan apartment buyers.Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Office, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Canva, InDesign preferred.Additional InformationWe foster an environment in which everyone at Colliers feels respected and comfortable bringing their authentic selves to do their best work.
