With several projects in the pipeline and an expansion of their rent roll, they are seeking a full time Resident Services Manager to join their team based in their Mermaid Beach office.
This role will focus predominately on new projects and the successful onboarding of investors to the business alongside the management of a brand new project.
The Role
This role is to take the lead on project leasing of brand new developments to the market and the end to end management of the portfolio once successfully leased.
Your role will also include providing residents with a world class living experience and connecting them with community events and building initiatives.
The role is well supported with trust accounting, leasing support and strong administrative support to allow you the capacity to deliver first class and personalised customer service to your clients.
You will work collaboratively with a dedicated caretaker to ensure that the facilities are maintained to the highest standard and residents receive a concierge-like living experience.
This role will include: Communication with various stakeholders including investment owners, tenants and suppliers Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and departments in the delivery of quality property management services Project leasing Management of resident notices and communications regarding facilities Connections with local suppliers and community engagement Arrears management Maintenance coordination Assisting with the uptake of resident app Facilities booking and management Working with in house caretaking and construction team on the rectification of defects Negotiation and execution of lease renewals Conducting of Routine Inspections and follow up reporting Conducting of Entry and Exit Condition Reports Leading technology Autonomy and flexibility in role About You

Current QLD Certificate of Registration Minimum 1 years experience in property management Drivers licence and reliable vehicle Immaculately presented Strong client service skills and a customer focused mindset Excellent written and verbal communication skills Great time management skills How to Apply
