We are passionate about aged care and are looking for a Resident Admissions Assistant to share our passion and join our Resident Admissions Team.

**About the role**:
We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and hardworking Salesperson to join our Client Relations Team at Advantaged Care. If you have a passion for aged care and have a flair for sales this could be your next new challenge in your career journey.

You will work with the other Group Resident Admissions Specialist, managing enquiries from prospective residents, through to admissions across our residences initially with a focus on South Western Sydney, and later across our whole portfolio.

You will be a driven person who has a passion for working with people and achieving successful outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Resident admission day-to-day activities including:

- Managing enquiries for new residents to our homes - making phone calls, arranging tours of the facilities and following up on these enquiries
- Qualifying prospective resident's
- Maintaining our CRM database
- Developing positive relationships with key stakeholders - residents, family members, doctors, social workers and other health care professionals and carrying out marketing activities.
- Coordinating resident admissions, and discharges where required.
- Preparing all documentation for new residents,
- Conducting tours of the facility for prospective residents
- Ensuring the environment are ready for tours
- Providing information and support to residents/representatives on the costs and entry requirements to the residences

**What we are looking for**:

- Aged Care experience - Strong Sales administration, IT and documentation skills
- sales experience desirable - Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills and customer service skills
- Have drivers licence and care and be prepared to travel from site to site across the advantaged care group for tours and meetings
- Someone who is comfortable dealing with potential customers through all parts of the sales journey, including discussing money matters when required.
- Experience in an Aged care setting would be a distinct advantage.
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- A motivated, self-driven individual with a positive attitude and desire to learn
- Ability to complete tasks in an effective, timely and accurate manner.
- A true passion for providing quality especially in aged care
- Current working with vulnerable adults Police check
- Vaccination certificate (Required doses in accordance with Government Health Advice)
