Job Description: As a Reservation and Ticketing Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in shaping incredible travel experiences by managing ticketing and reservations for travel agents and clients alike. In this role, you'll be responsible for:
Processing reservations and issuing tickets with speed and accuracy, ensuring that every booking is seamless and handled with precision.Using Sabre to manage ticketing requests and resolve any fare, pricing, or routing issues.Assisting travel agents by offering tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of their clients.Maintaining knowledge of the latest travel industry trends, fare structures, and product offerings.Collaborating with a friendly and driven team that is dedicated to delivering unforgettable travel experiences and exceptional customer support.Experience Required: To thrive in this role, you'll need:
Ticketing Expertise: Demonstrated experience with airline ticketing, pricing, and reservations, ideally within a wholesale or retail travel environment.Sabre Proficiency: Solid experience working with Sabre, including fare pricing, ticketing, and managing complex itineraries.Customer Service Skills: A knack for communicating effectively with travel agents, providing a personalized experience, and handling inquiries with a positive, solution-oriented approach.Attention to Detail: A high degree of accuracy in processing bookings and managing various travel documentation.The Package: Enjoy a hybrid work environment, Monday to Friday hours and a salary package of circa $70-$75k + Super.
