TR Group is a growing business in Australia and New Zealand, with 17 branches across the two countries we specialise in heavy gear, and as we grow in Australia, we need to add new team members to our Business.Our company is pioneering within the heavy vehicle lease and rental industry and, as such, there is a constant challenge to come up with unique systems and ideas.

It carries a fair bit of responsibility and the possibility of career advancement for a star performer.The role in a nutshell:Forming strong relationships with our internal and external customers and suppliers, as this will be the starting point of all your workAnswering phone calls and emails relating to customer bookings and enquiriesWorking with teams in other states to ensure highest utilisation of equipment at all timesEfficiently recording bookings and ensuring all equipment is available when requiredResponsible for ensuring our documentation (hires and dehires) are accurate and completed in a timely mannerMonitor outstanding items relating to documentation (account forms, insurance confirmations, Personal Guarantees etc)Communicate with external suppliers and ensure all required equipment is available for hire within the workshop as neededUpdating all service records and required schedules to ensure accuracy at all timesAbility to demonstrate a commitment to OH&S policies, procedures and regulationsUndertake other duties as requested by management from time to timeYou will look to improve what we do, "can we do that a better way?" will be common language in the branchWorking with TR means that you are dedicated to your own development, and we will help you every step of the way.
