What is this role all about? As a Customer Experience Agent with SIXT Australia, you'll play a pivotal role in making people and their things easily mobile through the delivery of premium customer service. Your responsibilities will be: Providing an exciting and premium customer experience, exceeding customer expectations every time. Opening and closing rental agreements seamlessly and accurately. Answering any customer enquiries, face-to-face, over the phone or by email. Pick-up and delivery of vehicles, when required. General administrative tasks. Regular cleaning of vehicles to a premium standard. Ensuring all aspects of SIXT's quality controls are delivered and maintained, including presentation of the counters, paperwork and fleet. Selling additional, over the counter, rental products. Other administrative and operational tasks to ensure a high level of presentation of the Branch. What do we need from you? To be successful in this position, our new team member will be able to demonstrate the following: Excellent communication skills, a can-do, positive attitude and a flair for sales. Strong attention to detail, including administration and presentation. Previous experience in the retail or hospitality industry is preferred, but not essential. Monitoring and organising fleet on a daily basis. Competent computer skills to perform daily tasks. Current, unrestricted full driving licence. Full working rights in Australia. Ability to multi-task during peak periods and able to work unsupervised. A flexible attitude is required as our locations operate 7 days a week, so shifts will include some weekends.
