As part of a high-performing, fast-paced, and collaborative Renewal Sales team, you will serve as the Senior Renewal Account Manager, partnering with Account Executives and internal stakeholders to develop and execute renewal strategies with our customers.
Key Responsibilities: Manage renewal cadence within your sales territory, proactively engaging stakeholders several quarters before service end dates to assess renewal readiness and mitigate risks. Lead negotiations for large, complex contracts, collaborating with Sales, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Legal, and Partner teams. Identify process improvements and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Maintain an accurate weekly forecast for both in-quarter and out-quarter renewals. Tools and Resources: Training and Development: Comprehensive onboarding with department-specific training, ongoing mentorship, and participation in the First-Friend program.
