Live Chat Support ProfessionalWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Live Chat Support professional to join our customer service team.
Main Responsibilities:Provide real-time assistance to customers through our online chat platform.Respond to customer inquiries and issues through live chat promptly and professionally.Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues, providing clear and effective solutions.Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.Key Skills:Excellent communication skills with strong written communication abilities.Strong customer service background and ability to solve problems efficiently.Able to type quickly and accurately while handling multiple tasks.Previous experience in customer support, particularly in a live chat environment, is preferred.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus.Salary:** $40,000 - $60,000 per year
