**Description**

**About the role**

Reporting to the Manager Remediation Delivery, this role is responsible for scoping, designing, and managing delivery of workstreams within the Remediation and Rectification programme.

You will support delivery by taking ownership of activities, managing risks and issues, and working collaboratively across divisions to ensure required activities are completed on time, to budget and with the expected outcomes.

The position offers a hybrid working arrangement between home and office at Eight Mile Plains.

**About you**

First and foremostly you will be hands-on, and delivery focussed. You will ideally have some experience with Financial Service Licence (FSL) requirements and/or regulatory changes and be an excellent communicator with a keen ability to communicate comfortably with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Diploma or equivalent in relevant business area
- Confidence with developing and delivering presentations to management and key stakeholder groups.
- Ability to work within a complex stakeholder environment and to negotiate and balance conflicting ideas and opinions
- Proven ability in project management including prioritising and juggling multiple and often competing initiatives.
- Experience in Business Transformation, Business Analysis or Project Management
- Understanding of the insurance regulatory environment will be highly regarded.
