Belgravia PRO is part of the Belgravia Health and Leisure Group.The SitesSomerset Park campgrounds are centrally located between Brisbane, Toowoomba, and the Sunshine Coast, ensuring close proximity to Queensland's main centers and are just 27 kms from Esk.The RoleWe are currently recruiting for experienced individuals or management teams who are highly customer-focused and passionate about guest and local community engagement – people who can deliver exceptional visitor experiences.Relief Managers must have a commercial mindset, be flexible, and love working with guests and our existing onsite staff. This role is for someone looking for casual work.We are looking for a casual relief manager for 3 days per fortnight and school holidays. You will need your own accommodation/RV/caravan with the opportunity to discuss a full-time powered site. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed. There is potential for more work in other parks.Responsibilities include:Being accountable for all business operations and guest experienceHands-on and positive can-do attitudeAbility to problem solve in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility to fit within established guidelinesLeading and supervising small teamsBeing accountable for the financial outcomes of the businessAchievement of agreed KPIsA strong Australian-based support office and local management teams support our park relief managers in all areas of WHS, holiday park legislation, IT, and HR so our on-site teams can focus on delighting guests.Selection CriteriaEnergetic and enthusiastic, hands-on approachProven experience in a similar roleOutstanding customer serviceFamiliarity with RMS 9+ computerized booking system and good computer skillsWillingness to learn and apply our systems and processesWell-developed communication, organization, administration, and management skillsDemonstrated ability to interact with stakeholders in a professional mannerAvailability to work across a 14-day roster, including public holidays, weekends, early mornings, evenings, and school holidaysAbility to liaise with existing on-site managersIf you are passionate about providing exceptional visitor experiences as a Park Manager/Relief Park Manager we want to hear from you!We are committed to providing a child safe environment.
