Reporting to the Reliability Manager, we are currently seeking a Reliability Supervisor based at our Dry Creek site.
This role will lead, direct and prioritise reliability activities for the facility ensuring production and product quality standards are maintained within a safe, efficient manner utilising optimal levels of human resource to maximise machine reliability.
This will be done by taking a "hands on" approach to supervision and the coordination of your team members.
Purpose of the Role Manage the rostering, leave, overtime and coverage of the two teams under their supervisionFoster and maintain overall operation and long-term sustainable performance of the people and processing facilityManage clear expectations for the team and positively manage change and foster an environment where change is embracedEnsure a safe working environment by complying with all health, safety and environment requirements, directions and legislation and work in accordance with the company quality systems and other appropriate quality measuresLiaise professionally with internal and external customers, suppliers, and vendorsForm a partnership with production to problem solve and achieve maximum plant utilisation to effectively carry out planned proactive reliability activitiesIdentify and actively promote continuous improvement and machine development within the machine reliability functionPromote and lead the utilisation of the computer maintenance system (MEX) to schedule, plan and document all activities in the Reliability departmentAddress staff performance issues as required utilising appropriate company proceduresAbout You The ideal candidate will have:
