This role will lead agile delivery across critical digital customer experience and omni-channel initiatives, supporting a seamless experience for customers across multiple touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate multiple agile teams, managing program planning, capacity, and operational readiness.Facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning sessions, ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders.Engage senior stakeholders, influencing project direction and driving value delivery.Oversee budgets, schedules, and successful delivery of program milestones.
