This role sits within the Property Investment Team.About the role:As a Relationship Manager within the Property Investment team, your primary role will be to guide clients through the complexities of property investment. You will provide expert, tailored advice to help clients build and manage diversified property portfolios. You will be responsible for conducting thorough consultations, developing customised investment plans, and collaborating with various internal teams to identify market opportunities. Additionally, you will manage the entire investment process, ensuring a seamless client experience and nurturing long-term relationships through ongoing service programs.Conduct in-depth property consultations to understand clients' investment preferences and goals.Provide holistic, goal-oriented property advice to develop resilient and diversified investment portfolios.Collaborate with property analysts, mortgage advisers, and buyers advocacy teams to identify market opportunities and trends.Manage the client journey through their unique 360 41-day sales cycle, ensuring a seamless investment process.Nurture long-term relationships with clients through a 12-month ongoing service program, regularly reassessing portfolios to align with market conditions.Stay informed of industry trends and participate in networking events to promote Ramsey's services.Excellent Remuneration: $80k + Super + Monthly Commissions, OTE approx. $180k + Super (Base salary negotiable for experienced candidate)Career Growth: Clear career progression and management opportunities as you develop and the team expands.
