To support our success we are currently seeking a Relationship Manager/ Business Development Manager to join the Corporate & Regional Growth team in our Perth office. About the Role... As a Relationship Manager/ Business Development Manager you will be responsible for generating new sales of employer super plans across all Sunsuper markets - Institutional, Corporate, Contingent and Regional by creating and managing a pipeline of prospective employer clients within Sunsuper's targeted markets and industries. You will also establish and build relationships within a database of corporate clients and their employees, as well as in the wider business and non-business community, including Tender Consultants. This role will also hold relationship management responsibilities across the same segments in Western Australia including retention, delivering high service standards via tailored onsite education and engagement. About You... To ensure success you will possess: Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects, manage a pipeline of prospects within the target markets identified, and develop and manage a sales process. An ability to construct professional reports and presentations that strongly position Sunsuper's offer to the target audience in a professional, accurate and compliant manner. Financial advice, knowledge, and qualifications: RG146 compliant to give General Advice in Superannuation and Insurance (as a minimum); and Diploma of Financial Services (FP) or equivalent. Strong analytical skills along with an ability to interpret data and information clearly and effectively including benefit design. Ability to influence clients to achieve an outcome.
