About the Role The Sydney Private Banking team are seeking a Relationship Executive to join their team on a permanent basis!
The role of the Relationship Executive is to deliver on our distribution strategy by building on an established portfolio through new client acquisition and management of existing clients.
The role will be responsible for achieving individual business development and growth targets whilst providing exceptional customer service to our core medical client base.
Some of the responsibilities will include working collaboratively within their team to develop and share a portfolio of new and existing clients who engage in an entire banking solution.
This involves promoting our banking product suite to core clients, including meeting clients at their home and/or place of work to conduct financial interviews.
Additionally, the role requires assisting with the implementation and ongoing development of the POD client acquisition strategy, which encompasses the Marketing strategy.
This means driving the POD's direction and performance, focusing on client acquisition, volume, and ensuring primary client relationship and satisfaction.
Managing relationships with clients is also a key responsibility, leveraging and aligning internal resources to maximise client satisfaction and retention.
About you To be successful in this role, we are looking for a strong candidate who can come in and hit the ground running.
The ideal candidate should possess a degree, although experience is most valued.
They should have a demonstrated aptitude for Banking, Finance, and Industry niches, along with a strong business development background.
An understanding of credit, risk, and security is essential, as well as a solid grasp of contracts and documentation.
Additionally, the candidate should exhibit energy, initiative, and a proactive approach to selling and relationship management.
