As part of our team, you will contribute to our mission to empower lives through trust, passion, and wealth creation as Australia's premier advisory firm.Position Overview:As the Relationship Director - Property Advisory you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the complexities of property investment, following our industry leading pathway and process.This role involves providing expert advice tailored to each client's unique needs and goals to help them build and manage diversified property portfolios. Responsibilities include conducting thorough consultations with all new enquiry, working with our internal Property Analyst team in developing customised property investment plans, and collaborating with various internal divisions to identify market opportunities and guide the client through to lending and buyers advocacy.As a Relationship Director will oversee the entire client property investment process, ensuring a seamless client experience and maintaining long-term relationships through ongoing service programs.Key Responsibilities:Client Consultations:Conduct in-depth property consultations with clients to understand their property ambitions, investment preferences, and timelines.Emphasise building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients and be their main point of contact for the duration of their first process.Advisory Services:Provide holistic, unbiased, and goal-oriented property advice, considering risk tolerance, market conditions, and potential returns.Develop bespoke property investment plans covering short, medium, and long-term objectives to ensure a diversified and resilient portfolio.Work closely with our in-house property analysts, buyers advocacy, and mortgage advice teams to identify current market trends, property data, and financial projections.Identify investment opportunities that align with clients' objectives.Property Investment Process Management:Manage each client's journey through our unique 360, customer journey cycle within a swift timeframe, driving and supporting clients through the process.Collaborate with internal/external teams, including mortgage advice, buyers advocacy, legal, accounting, and financial planning, to ensure seamless service delivery.Client Relationship Management:Nurture long-term relationships through a 12-month ongoing service program.Regularly monitor and reassess client portfolios, adjust strategies as needed to align with changing market conditions and client goals.Report on the performance of clients' property investment portfolios.Industry Knowledge:Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities in the property market.Networking:Participate in networking events, seminars, and conferences to promote Ramsey's services.Expand your professional network to support business growth.Your Experience & Qualifications:Proven experience in property, property investment, lending, financial planning, advisory or a related field is highly favourableProven experience in relationship building and long-term customer relationship management is essential to being selected for this roleStrong analytical skills and ability to interpret market trends and data in property or finance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.High level of integrity and commitment to client satisfaction.Ability to work collaboratively with a team.Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.What We Offer:Career Growth: Extensive opportunities for professional advancement within our diverse business areas, including property strategy, mortgage advice, and buyers advocacy.Collaborative Environment: Thrive in a supportive, inclusive, and dynamic team that values diversity and teamwork.Work-Life Balance: Enjoy flexible working arrangements to balance your personal and professional life.
