About The Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Relationship Coordinator to manage and nurture external relationships with clients and partners.
This role will involve organizing and streamlining client cases, ensuring effective communication with relevant teams, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions.
The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting the procurement and marketing teams while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project coordination.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and nurture external relationships with clients and partners.Organize and streamline client cases, ensuring clear communication with relevant teams.Compile and organize emails and correspondence for both internal and external parties.Keep detailed records of all client interactions and meetings, providing comprehensive meeting notes.Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other external documents.Support the procurement or marketing team in handling tasks related to vendor relationships.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination of projects.Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree or beyond in Business, Marketing, Procurement, or a related field.Previous experience in procurement, marketing, or relationship management is a plus.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) Mandarin as well.Outgoing personality with the ability to maintain professional relationships.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.Self-motivated, with a keen desire to learn and improve.Benefits: Celebrate your tenure with us!
