Role Summary:We are seeking a Relationship Building Specialist to join our team.
As a Relationship Building Specialist, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners and customers.Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute business strategies that drive growth and profitability.
This will involve working closely with our virtual team to develop and execute joint business plans and initiatives.You will also be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and expanding existing relationships with our partners and customers.In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional results.
You will be expected to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and flexibility.The successful candidate will have advanced knowledge of the Workplace and Client portfolio, as well as 5+ years of experience in a relationship selling role, preferably in field sales.
They will also possess solution selling skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, project leading skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.
