Provide comprehensive case management and coordinate rehabilitation services for clients, addressing both physical and psychosocial needs.
Support clients in regaining functional performance and managing psychosocial challenges to ensure successful outcomes and a seamless return to work.
Conduct thorough worksite, functional, and psychosocial assessments to understand the client's overall situation and environment.
Identify and address barriers to Return to Work (RTW), including psychosocial factors, and create strategies to overcome them.
Assist clients in re-entering the workforce or finding new employment opportunities, incorporating job coaching and recommending workplace modifications that consider both physical and psychological needs.
Develop personalized rehabilitation plans that address both the physical and psychosocial aspects of recovery, facilitating the reintegration of injured workers into their roles.
Collaborate with a range of stakeholders, delivering practical solutions and tailored recommendations that consider the full spectrum of the client's needs, including psychosocial support.
Why this role: Competitive salary: Above market rates, ranging from $75,000 to $120,000 + Super (based on experience).

What you will need: Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling.
