What You Will Be Doing: Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services.Provide support for clients to help restore their functional performance, delivering a successful outcome and return to work.Conduct assessments of worksites and functionalities.Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers.Develop tailored rehabilitation programs that support injured employees in reintegrating into the workplace.Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations for clients.Why this role: Salary above market ranging from $75,000 - $110,000 + Super (experience dependent) with fantastic bonus incentives.Individualised career progression tailored to suit your strengths, skills, and interests.Travel Allowance of up to $7,000.Need more holidays?
