About the role Konekt has an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist and Exercise Physiologist to deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that enable individuals and organisations to achieve their potential, based in Batemans Bay or Nowra or Wollongong.
In this role, you will:
Utilise your specialist knowledge and skills to assist people to return to meaningful engagement in occupationsEvaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illnessHelp clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications and interestsPerform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise, which could include functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessmentsBe responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor your client's progress toward their return to work goalEngage with key stakeholders and build strong relationships to facilitate the achievement of business objectivesWhat's in it for you at Konekt When you join Konekt, you can expect a range of great benefits to develop you in your career and to look after your wellbeing, including:
