Full time and part time positions are available. Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists are encouraged to apply.
What You Will Be Doing Conducting assessments of worksites, functionalities, ergonomics, equipment, and homes.Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers.Coordinating with clients, insurers, medical professionals, and employers to reach outcomes that are suitable for everyone involved.Creating, executing, and supervising initiatives that support injured employees in reintegrating into the workforce.Why this role: Salary between $70,000 - $100,000 + Super.Reimbursement on work-related travel.Professional development leave (2 days per year).Up to $1500 professional development reimbursement.Uncapped bonus structure if KPIs are achieved.Work/life balance - flexible hours, work from home.Career progression.Vibrant and supportive team culture - regular team events.What you will need: Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy.Full AHPRA registration or ESSA.Unrestricted Australian Working Rights.Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle.Would you like a confidential discussion regarding your interest in this position or others similar?
