Job Description
This full-time/part-time opportunity will see you delivering holistic, client-centered services within workplace rehabilitation.
Using your clinical knowledge and allied health background, you will be an integral part of assisting injured workers to recover at work and achieve independence at home, in the workplace, and the community, improving their wellbeing and purpose in life.
Day to day, you will undertake:
Workplace rehabilitation services in line with your scope of practice, such as:Initial Needs AssessmentsWorkplace AssessmentsAdvice concerning job modificationsRehabilitation Counselling/Vocational AssessmentsADL assessmentsMedical case conferences, stakeholder liaison, and case management servicesSupport needs assessments
