What You Will Be Doing: Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services.Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and develop tailored rehabilitation programs accordingly.Provide support for clients to help restore their functional performance, delivering a successful outcome and return to work.Conduct pre-employment health and functional assessments (initial and ergonomic).Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations for clients.Why this role: Salary above market ranging from $75,000 - $110,000 + Super (experience dependent) + Bonus.Financial incentives - Receive regular financial rewards for making an impact, through achieving successful client outcomes.Need more 'me time'?
