As a Regulatory Specialist, you will be responsible for the holistic planning and management of the Regulatory and Queensland Government engagement strategy for the Customer Servicing Integration (CSI) program. This role is part of the Transformation Management Office (TMO) and will work closely with the Program Leadership, Risk Division, Member Resolutions, Business Owners, Enterprise Portfolio Management Office, and other parties as required.
Day to day, you'll: Be responsible for the holistic planning and management of the regulator engagement strategy for the CSI Program. Be the primary contact for the CSI Program across all Regulatory and Queensland Government matters. Work with the Program to ensure the integration of regulator and Queensland Government engagement into Program and Enterprise mechanisms. Manage the plan, communicate the risks and develop mitigations for the regulatory milestones on the critical path. In consultation with ARTs Regulatory Affairs and Member Solutions business units, provide advice to the Program team on regulatory change requirements and potential impacts to the program. Document, contribute to and submit relevant governance papers related to regulatory matters. Provide CSI program input and support in respect of internal requests, such as for briefing papers, external audit requests, and specific documents. Provide representation at key governance and change forums to ensure collective understanding and impacts of regulatory change outside the Program – current and future. Work with key Business teams (Member, Employer, Advisor) to develop an integrated understanding and plan of any engagements required to support service transition strategies. As required, assist the regulatory affairs business unit in the communication of significant regulatory engagements and new regulatory or legislative change as they relate to the CSI Program. This role is available as a 12-month maximum term/secondment opportunity.

Strong stakeholder relationship and management. Experience in liaising, communicating, managing external regulatory relationships. Proactive, strong initiative and ability to work autonomously as well as in a team. Analytical, insight-driven thinking. Ability to work in an ambiguous, changing environment. Comfort in shaping and positioning packs/messaging at Senior Leader level. Program or project delivery experience or a solid understanding of these.
