Regulatory Compliance Officer

We are looking for a talented Regulatory Compliance Officer to join our busy Sydney team.
Reporting to the Chief Risk Officer, you will use your legal training and experience to manage the digital token listing and review process across the Group.
You will also be assisting the Compliance teams in Singapore and Australia as required.
Your key responsibilities will include: Conducting digital token assessments in accordance with internal policy and risk appetite, liaising with external legal counsel as requiredPeriodically reviewing the listed tokens on the Singapore and Australian exchanges to ensure ongoing compliance with local laws in each jurisdiction.Preparing Board and Risk Committee documentsAssisting the compliance team on strategic projects.About you You should hold a diploma or degree in Legal Studies, Compliance, Business Administration, or a related field3+ years relevant experience in a legal or compliance role, preferably within the Financial Services or Cryptocurrency industriesStrong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve legal and compliance issues promptly.
